PowerBI Dashboard Project: Digital Transactions in the Banking Sector

Problem Statement

The banking sector is experiencing an unprecedented surge in digital transactions, driven by advancements in technology and changing consumer preferences. However, there is a lack of comprehensive tools to analyze and compare these transactions across different banks. Financial institutions need to understand the patterns and trends in digital transactions to make data-driven decisions, optimize services, and enhance customer experiences. The challenge is to aggregate, visualize, and analyze transaction data from various digital channels, including debit cards, credit cards, mobile banking, travel cards, RTGS, IPS, connect IPS, QR, POS, and ATM transactions.

Goal

Our goal is to develop a robust PowerBI dashboard that provides a detailed analysis of digital transactions in the banking sector. This dashboard will not only present an overview of the entire sector but also enable comparison with individual banks. By integrating data from various transaction channels, we aim to offer insights into transaction history, volume, and trends. The dashboard will be an essential tool for banks to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.

The final PowerBI dashboard will be a comprehensive, interactive, and user-friendly platform that offers:
