Nepal's financial sector is witnessing a significant shift towards digital banking solutions, driven by rising smartphone penetration and improved internet accessibility. In Nepal's highly competitive mobile banking market, customer retention is paramount. As banks and financial institutions strive to differentiate themselves, the ability to understand and respond to customer sentiment effectively can significantly impact retention rates and overall success.
This project provides a detailed analysis of customer sentiment across different platforms and products using advanced data processing techniques.It utilizes Python libraries to collect and clean data from reviews and ratings of mobile banking apps obtained from the Play Store. The data is then visualized and analyzed for customer sentiment using Power BI.
The first dashboard focuses on the sentiment analysis of the Play Store. Python libraries are used to scrape, clean, and store data from customer reviews. This analysis reveals trends and overall sentiment toward various apps.
The second dashboard presents a comparative analysis between the Play Store and the App Store, highlighting differences and similarities in customer sentiment across these platforms. This comparison provides valuable insights into user experiences and feedback variations.
The third dashboard examines customer feedback on products, offering detailed insights into customer opinions and satisfaction levels. This analysis helps identify areas for improvement and enhances understanding of customer experiences.
